If you receive duplicate confirmations without placing duplicate orders, please call us at 510-595-1669. Personalized gift certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery. Returns & ExchangesPlease keep in mind when ordering that all of our products are handmade and may have slight color variations and other minor irregularities. We are happy to replace your purchase with another selection, issue a gift certificate, or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 10 days.
